I work in an office with people. Some are men and some are women. All of them have names. Sometimes (!) people have the same first name. This causes chaos and utter confusion until nicknames are coined. Generally the nickname is the person's last name, which isn't really a nickname at all, but rather a last name. Okay wait, let me go back a step... Lot's of times, when two guys have the same first name, everyone calls them by their last names. BUT and here's where it get's interesting (!) WOMEN who have the same first name do NOT get called by their last names, instead, they get called by their first name and the FIRST LETTER of their last name!

This is the difference between men and women.
