the daily conversation with my girlfriend:
me: hi!
her: hi!
me: whachu doin'?
her: figuring out what to have for lunch!
me: but, it's only 9:00
her: no, it's noon!
me: you're crazy! I can see right on the clock that it's 9:00. I never sleep in until noon.
her: but I've been at work for hours and now I'm hungry. My clock says noon!
me: wow. must be the wonders of the rotation of the sun around the earth!
her: yes, must be.

and then we make fake kissy sounds.
