As far as I can tell, there's a guy or gal with the tag of "Rover" in my neighborhood. I'm not positive, but I think s/he might be new at the tagging game because s/he doesn't seem to have spatial relations down yet. There's a truck that s/he tagged, but s/he ran out of space, so on one side it says "Rove" and then right below it, "Rover."
