I thought that now that Christmas is over, the Christmas music would also be over, but this has proven to not be the case. This morning when I went to Carberry's for my coffee and journal-writing they were playing Christmas Carols sung by what sounded like a choir. On my way from the subway to work, I walked past Filene's who (which?) was playing crappy Christmas songs sung by ladies with excessive feeling and vibrato. I don't know which is worse, listening to the Twelve Days of Christmas, or realizing that they are only on the fourth day of Christmas and you've got eight more damn days of Christmas to listen to.
